ORGAVINYL uses bio-attributed certified resins and plasticisers, replacing the raw material of fossil origin with a vegetable oil obtained from the residue of pulpwood extraction from sustainably managed conifer forests or from chemical recycling of plastic and tire waste. The chemical-physical and mechanical properties of the new ORGAVINYL remain the same as those of traditional materials. Our recycled material comes from post-consumer waste and scraps, which are carefully recovered, sorted and regenerated. This allows us to know exactly what is undergoing reprocessing and to ensure that our 2 million kilos of regenerated compounds do not contain hazardous chemicals. This allows CO2 savings up to 92% and primary energy demand between 45 and 90% less than the production of virgin PVC, depending on its formulation.
