“REGIBLOCK ECO-BOX” for rollshutters incorporates in its composition more than 50% recycled material from PVC waste. In addition, in order to increase energy efficiency of our products, a special profile with an optimised design has been developed, which in turn is made with bio-attributed BIOVYN resin that improves our sustainability, and with epoxidised soybean oil (ESBO) as primary plasticiser. In order to achieve a high concentration of recycled material, it has been necessary to submit PVC waste to specific processes of segregation, cleaning, grinding and micronising through a specially designed plant.
