In order to reach our sustainability goal – adhering to UN and OECD guidelines throughout our supply chain by 2030 – we are working hard to minimise product emissions by applying low CO2e material in our products. The product we are investigating now is the SimMan3G head skin of the mannequin which has high material utilisation, hence highs sustainable impact to the organisation. The greenhouse gas reduction from fossil PVC to Biovyn is huge, and connected to the total volume of Laerdal PVC products, the total emission reduction of PVC parts is substantial.
