Continental combines technologies to create a coated upholstery fabric with perfect anti-soiling and cleaning properties, plus high durability to increase the service life. Thanks to the innovative finishing with staynu® technology, the material is highly stain-resistant and very easy to clean. A special coating seals the surface. Dirt particles cannot stick, or if they do, they cannot penetrate deeply into the coating. Bacteria and viruses can be easily removed from the innovative surface with disinfectants. Even very stubborn stains from ballpoint pens, ketchup, or lipstick are no reason to re-upholster or replace the piece of furniture. These stains can be removed through simple cleaning. The manufacturing is done by standard processes for artificial leather.
