Riding the matte trend, Continental’s woodec and mattex are excellent imitations of powder-coated surfaces and natural wood surfaces. More than a look, it’s a feel with perfect haptics. The surface is particularly scratch-resistant thanks to its newly developed embossed structure. In addition, it is sealed with a PVDF layer, characterised by particularly low surface tension. This results in a special ease of cleaning and significantly improved chemical resistance. At the same time, both products are equipped with the patented cool colors technology, which guarantees significantly lower solar heat build-up and outstanding weathering properties.
