The PVC profile of our new Bio-Line base, manufactured in Switzerland, consists of biological PVC from 100% renewable raw materials (wood). This PVC is made from a by-product of paper production. Compared to conventionally manufactured PVC, more than 90% of greenhouse gases are saved during production. It has the same properties as traditional PVC. It’s impact and shock resistant, largely resistant to acids and alkalis, flame retardant, waterproof, recyclable and durable (100 years).
