Development of coated fabric with biomaterial (synthetic leather) for shoes. This product must be made of bio-mass content and also sustainable chemicals. BIOVYN grade PVC and bio-based chemicals are formulated into a PVC paste. This plastisol is used as the coating material on non-woven fabric. Final product tested by DIN-CERTCO and approved to be 20-50% bio-based. Already being used for the Lumberjack brand.
