Fainplast and E.T.P developed a new rigid PVC system to assemble digesters used for the production of biogas from bovine organic waste. PVC granules – produced by Fainplast – are extruded (E.T.P) into finished profiles used to build circular tanks. Agrikomp is designed to create circular tanks without the use of concrete molds. The high-quality PVC modules developed by Fainplast have high chemical resistance, resistance to UV radiation, are fully gas- and water-tight and acid resistant. They have a wide range of service temperatures as well as low thermal conductivity. Plus, the low panel weight (compared to existing materials) reduces transport costs as it can be designed to fit in standard truck boxes and easily disassembled.
