The (Re)Construction Project re-imagines construction sites as creative hubs, turning PVC, wood and concrete waste into artistic expression. By embedding an art studio onsite it fosters environmental awareness, worker empowerment and material reuse. About 200 workers have become creators, cutting, bending, painting, transforming scraps into symbols of sustainability. More than recycling, the project includes workshops – to make work crews active agents in sustainability. It’s a bold shift toward a circular, human-centred construction model where culture and craft rebuild not just structures, but impact the quality of life and work.
