Freefoam has successfully incorporated recycled PVC flake content from RENOLIT into their Freeflow® Rainwater product range, reducing reliance on virgin materials and promoting a circular economy. Freefoam carried out extensive trials with different formulation mixes to ensure product consistency, quality and manufacturing efficiency was maintained. The RENOLIT by-product (foil offcuts) was simply reduced in size to 3mm flake format, with no chemical processing involved – a successful collaboration in achieving sustainability goals.
