KIcKER is a cloud-based AI tool that revolutionises PVC profile die design, especially for SMEs. Developed by IANUS Simulation and SKZ, it replaces 10–15 costly trial loops with automated simulations, allowing faster and cheaper design. The result: 75% less plastic waste, energy use and development time—cutting costs from €52,000 down to €13,000 per die. No AI or simulation expertise is needed, nor complex historical data which SMEs can lack. Piloted by VEKA AG, KIcKER opens advanced design to 19,000+ SMEs and is scaling up across Europe through the €12M ECOTWIN platform.
