Bolon has a new recycling system to find a new life for its PVC woven flooring. That flooring includes glass fibre reinforcement and polyester multifilament yarns. Its own recycling plant handles its waste as well as that of its suppliers. The technique, based on agglomeration, produces recycled material which is then used in the backing of Bolon’s flooring. In 2018 the plant recycled 2000 tonnes of used flooring, with an annual capacity of over 3000 tonnes.
